I-Net Business Partners, Inc. was formed in mid-2000 by principals with long and successful experience in application software, accounting, systems integration, and consulting.

Lee Bengston, CPA, MCP, is the President and principal owner. Lee founded a business software Value Added Reseller (VAR) firm, Bengston & Associates, Inc., in 1989. The company grew to become the top performing Sage Software (formerly State of the Art) consulting firm in Colorado, with more than 400 clients. Bengston & Associates merged with another Sage VAR, ProSoft, Inc. in 1998, and sold his interest in the merged company in 1999 to the other shareholders.

Lee's previous experience includes founding and managing a software development company and serving as the technology principal or partner with medium-size local CPA firms. In the 1970s and early 80s he was a principal in a consulting firm, Management Design Associates, Inc., that pioneered the concept of partnering with CPA firms to provide technology consulting services.

Robert H. Fox, MCP, has associated with the company as part owner and serves as the primary technology resource.  Bob and Lee have enjoyed a productive collaborative association that goes back several years. Bob will continue to manage his Internet service and Web-hosting company while making himself and his staff available to I-Net Business Partners.

John C. Myers, through an alliance with his company, Accounting Works, LLC, is available to our clients.  John has over 25 years of accounting, software, and management experience.  John is certified by Sage Software to resell and support MAS 90 and BusinessWorks.  In addition to his expert software knowledge, John has extensive industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses.
