Description
General
I-Net Business Partners is a business management software
value added reseller and consulting group.
Currently, the company supports around 50 business customers that use the
MAS 90 and MAS 200 software from Best Software, Inc. The principal owner,
Duties
· Maintain Web site to provide client support and attract new leads.
· Edit, publish, and distribute monthly e-mail newsletter to current software users and prospects, and CPAs.
· Maintain brand and associated documentation and marketing collateral.
· Secure and maintain prospect mailing lists.
· Manage marketing campaigns (direct mail, Web support, tele-prospecting, Webinars, etc.)
· Compile and maintain list of existing software users not IBP clients; and conduct other marketing activities to acquire them as clients.
· Arrange user forums and seminars.
· Conduct CPA liaison program.
· Perform other marketing and administrative support functions as required.
Qualifications
·
Business to business marketing background (i.e.,
familiar with the territory)
· Strong computer skills (Web design tools, Word, Excel, Act!, Outlook, Live Meeting or comparable, etc.)
· Superior verbal communication skills
· Energetic and creative problem solver, but organized in work planning and execution
· Collaborative with access to supporting resources
· Assertive but positive in professional relationships
· Some knowledge of accounting and accounting software
· Able to work out of home
· Access to high-speed (cable or DSL) Internet connection
Other
This is a new position and initially will be part-time (50 – 80 hours monthly). Either a part-time employee or independent contract relationship is acceptable. Compensation has not been set but is negotiable. The position is also open to a senior- or graduate-level college intern.
